Why cookie bars?

They're everything you love without the fuss of cookies. They're fun to pack full of mix-ins and bake til they're crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. Also, I just like baking them.

Who are Elie and Zoey?

Elie's the pup, and Zoey's the human. Elie's role with the organization is extremely limited, but she still somehow got top billing.

These are huge. Can I freeze them?

Yep! For best results, wrap in foil and place in an airtight container. Thaw overnight or pop in the microwave. 

Do you make gluten free cookie bars?

Not right now. (I know.) I've done a ton of GF baking, and it's just not where my heart is right now, but I'm definitely coming back to it. Stay tuned.
